What else can you say about Carmella DeCesare? In my opinion, she’s the greatest Playboy Playmate of the Year. She’s and Italian/Puerto Rican girl who is married to Jeff Effin’ Garcia. She’s crazy hot, and she was featured in the last SI Swimsuit Edition. Unfortunately, she wasn’t nude. But, I don’t need to tell you guys where to go see that, do I?
