Happy Monday everyone! How can Mondays be a bad day when we have skillets to look forward to? And, to finally have Jennifer Lamiraqui as a Skillet of the Week? It just doesn’t get any better. Jennifer has actually been on the radar for some time, but we haven’t gotten around to posting her.
